We hope you love your purchase! Your satisfaction as a member of our community is of paramount importance. We provide detailed measurement information as well as condition notes on all vintage pieces to ensure fit accuracy. 

In the event you are not satisfied please see our return and exchange policy below: 

We do not offer returns, however we gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase.

Please ensure that you contact us with the items you would like to exchange before shipping back.

Please note that any product exchanged must be in the same condition as received.

Urban Mermaid reserves the right at its sole discretion to determine if the exchanged items are in the same condition as shipped to customer.

Customers exchanging items are responsible for the shipping cost of the return and exchanged item(s) difference in price. 

If you do not happen to see any item(s) you would like to exchange, a store credit can be issued. In addition should the exchanged item you select be of lesser value, a store credit will be issued for the difference.
